Leadership Development & Training Director
A global, top Biopharmaceutical company with a diverse portfolio is looking for a Leadership Development & Marketing Training Director to aid in the development of their executive leadership.
If you are someone who wants to leverage their successful leadership experience to influence, design and share the training curriculum for experience and new marketer, this is the ideal role for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build an executive leadership training curriculum
- Advance and enhance the existing marketing training curriculum
- Present and facilitate leadership and marketing training programs
- Support the needs of stakeholders through strategic development of training programs
- Manage the budget and agency partners
- Work cross-functionally with executive/senior sales and marketing leaders
- Act as CL+D lead for the Commercial Rotation Program, Rotation LEAD
- Work side-by-side with the Global learning & development partners
- Ensure training remains relevant and valuable by analyzing the return on investment
- Analyze the return on investment for training expenditures and make appropriate changes to ensure training remains relevant and valuable to the business
Qualifications:
- 12 years' experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals training/sales and or sales management experience
- BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Science or Education
- Experience leading a team in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as a first line manager or marketer
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS or MBA degree
