My client is a world leading diagnostics company in the search for an experienced sales professional in molecular diagnostics or immunohaematology to join their expanding team.
For over 40 years the company have provided customers with a wide innovative portfolio of serology and molecular reagents and instruments that achieve life changing results.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing relationships and develop long-term trusting relationships with new customers in order to maximise sales revenues.
- Identify and understand key customer requirements and needs and provide solutions to any issues and problems customers may face
- Collaborating with the sales team by cross-selling or up-selling to maximise profit
- Implement strategic planning to improve client results
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in the diagnostics market
- Achieved a bachelor's degree in molecular biology or related science field
- Minimum 4 years experience in molecular diagnostics or HLA lab
- Fluent in German and English
