International Service Account Manager
Location: Erlangen, Bavaria, Germany
A Leading Global Medical Technology Company are in search for a Senior Service Account Manager to be responsible for the international regions.
The organisation consists of 65,000 dedicated colleagues in over 70 countries and an estimated 5 million patients across the globe benefit from their products which range from; Computed Tomography, Robotic X-ray, Fluoroscope Equipment's, Radiography systems, Molecular Imaging, Ultrasound Machines, Point-Of-Care Testing Equipment's, OEM Products and so much more!!
Responsibilities:
- Acting as service contact for the organisations national companies.
- Taking over the operative management of service provision from various assigned countries in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)
- Driving the transformation of remote service delivery to the next level - for example by optimising processes and using state of the art digital approaches
- Designing and developing the Service Portfolio further and introducing new ideas for service opportunities
- Creating country-specific reports (e.g. ticket processing, capacity utilisation) and deriving the necessary measures from them
- Being part of the management team and shaping the change of the organisation.
