The HR Procurement Coordinator plays an important role in the introduction of suppliers to the legal and financial systems as well as representing the company's HR teams in the contract process.
Responsibilities:
- provide support to human resources department in the procurement process
- track, monitor, expedite contracts and purchase requisitions
- provide status to internal customers on contracts,
Qualifications:
- working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- knowledge of financial and HRIS systems
- MS office - must be proficient
