Title: Head of Services
Location: Singapore
Overview:
One of the growing biotech companies is looking for Head of Services, responsible for building and executing on growth strategies in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Take P&L responsibility of the Services business
- Directly lead the Services associates with the different functions
- Collaborating with key customers to create solutions to complex problems and negotiate long-term service agreements
- Working in a global, matrix organization and collaborating with our commercial team and key customers.
- Support and Execute the company's Services Strategy Development
Requirements:
- Masters degree preferred, ideally also MSc (Biology/Chemistry)
- More than 10 years' experience in Services domain, Leadership experience; Matrix Management
