Head of Europe
A company in the medical device space is seeking a senior commercial profile to join the team in the Netherlands. This role is critical to the success of the European business and will be tasked with over seeing the direct sales teams alongside the distribution channels, and driving the growth of the business. Responsibilities
- Leading the direct sales team through mentorship and KPI strategy
- Responsible for managing the distribution partners
- Full P&L and strategic responsibility for Europe
- Develop company awareness across the European market to gain more market share
Requirements
- Background as a nurse or experienced with the hospital/ OR environment
- Sales management and people management experience across a wider region
- Experienced in the hospital and health care or medical device field with a focus on the surgical and OR space
- Experienced with the Benelux market is a big advantage
- Based in the Netherlands and fluency in English is necessary
