Head of Commercial Excellence - Life Sciences
This is a super exciting, newly created position for a global life sciences manufacturer. We are looking for an expert in Commercial Excellence who wants to help a growing business grow even further.
This Business has experienced an enormous growth over the last years and is committing to further investment in the business with a planned out strategy for the upcoming years.
With your expertise in Commercial Excellence and knowledge of Best Practices you will help to upgrade the capabilities and efficiency of our Commercial Team whilst collaborating with other Business Units and internal stakeholders.
Your profile:
- 7+ years of Commercial Excellence or Consultancy experience in the Life Sciences Industry
- Experience of setting up a Sales Structure including KPIs and other performance tracking systems
- Leadership experience with a small team
- Willingness to enable organisational and behavioural change
- Fluent English skills, German skills are beneficial
