Key responsibilities:
- Support cost management, tracking and improvement initiatives
- Building financial dashboards (Power BI)
- Drive productivity initiatives, synergies & benefit tracking and ensures the function operates at a high level of excellence
- Develop and apply predictive analytics in modelling and scenario building
- Tracking and reporting on sustainability positioning to senior management
- Responsible for bi-weekly sales report and other performance tracking tools
- Comparing and evaluating previous budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward
- Collaborates with BU finance and other functional heads and provides analysis and decision support
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' work experience in Controlling/FP&A in a multi-national, preferred chemical or pharma life sciences industry, ideally both commercial as well as operational exposure
- Master's degree in Finance / Analysis / Controlling / Audit
- English language - business fluent
- Professional qualification: MBA, CPA, CFA, ACCA
