Executive Director, Brand Marketing

Company: Industry Leading Pharmaceutical Company
Overview: This individual will lead the brand marketing team for a $10B+ business unit for the companies flagship brand. Very high level leadership position, comparable to VP level.
Responsibilities
* Leading and managing a team of marketers within this brand
* Strategic and tactical planning within therapy area
* Ensure execution cross-functionally
* Work with Global to ensure best practices
* Work with the sales team to create content and materials to execute
* Manage Budget
* Oversee agencies/external vendors
* Lead a direct to patient marketing effort for targeted audience
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
* 15+ years Industry / Pharma experience
* 10+ years pharma marketing
* Experience working in injectables preferred
* Infectious disease experience preferred
* Leadership experience with direct reports is a must
* Strong interpersonal and people management skills
* Ability to lead agencies and external partners to develop tactical plans and promotional materials with brand strategy
* Excellent Budget planning and project management experience
