An exciting opportunity for a European Service Manager, based in Germany or Benelux region , to join a Medical device company. This full-time, permanent role will be responsible for driving and developing the Field Service and Repair organisation in order to provide differentiating customer support customers, agents and distributors within Europe.
Role:
* Develop and maintain a robust service operations model to achieve TAT targets and exceed customer's expectations, including developing training plans for the team and wider Channel Partner network
* Lead/motivate and develop the service & repair teams
* As part of the global service team, you will participate in cross learning, promoting best practice and driving continuous improvement
* Management of HSE activities
* Control financial element of the department
Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent
* Fluent English and a European Language
* Managing and developing people in a team
* Commercial background
