Director/ Associate Director Clinical Operations
Summary:
I'm working with a fast-growing small to mid-size biotech in the Greater Boston Area look for a talented Director/Associate Director Clinical Operations. This company is a leading global pioneer paving the way in working on oral, novel therapeutics treating chronic inflammation and fibrotic diseases.
Responsibilities:
- provide strategic input into oversight on vendors
- oversee and manage study budgets
- Responsible for recruitment, supervision, development, and retention of clinical project management personnel
Requirements:
- 8+ years of clinical trial management experience in a biotech/pharma setting
- Minimum of 4+ years of direct management experience
- At minimum BA/BS degree
