A global provider of medical technologies is looking to expand their business in the APAC region. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to be based in Singapore, who will be responsible for developing digital engagement strategies and delivering health care professional (HCP) digital marketing and customer engagement programs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead HCP digital marketing strategy development, leveraging both inbound and outbound marketing tactics to drive full funnel activation
- Define digital content & media strategy, oversee content planning and development, in collaboration with BU sales and marketing teams
- Provide strategic input into technology stack design
- Lead cross-functional digital activation teams to set up, launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (e.g. PR, email marketing, display ads, social media, SEO / SEM, webinars, A/B testing), as well as orchestrating across face-to-face and digital channels for greater personalization
- Monitor and report on appropriate digital platform / channel analytics and KPIs
- Analyze digital marketing campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and suggest opportunities for improvement on customer engagement, acquisition, conversion, and retention
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Communications & New Media, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in E-Commerce, FMCG, Consumer Health, Pharma, Medtech, or related industry; consultancy, agency or start-up experience is an asset
- Experienced and knowledgeable in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Display Advertising, Web Analytics, understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce), Email Marketing, Social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Wechat, etc.) and Digital Campaign Management preferred.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including multi-touch attribution, impression tracking,customer journey, omnichannel/campaign analytics methodologies, and marketing analytics
- Strong project management and consultative problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence, communicate and present well
- Experience in innovative product development methodologies such as Design Thinking, Agile,
Lean Startup is a plus
