EPM Scientific have partnered with a Swiss consultancy with a global client portfolio who is in need of a Head of Department Cleaning, Sterilization, Reprocessing, Biocompatibility & Toxicology.
The Head of Department Cleaning, Sterilization, Reprocessing, Biocompatibility and Toxicology assumes the following advisory, support activities and works in close coordination with the management in the areas:
Client support:
- Assumes specialist and project responsibility for the companies clients
- Representing the company internally and externally
- Supports clients with approvals and change notifications
- Supports clients in the areas of biocompatibility, toxicology, cleaning, reprocessing, sterilization, packaging and further regulatory and quality management topics
- Supports clients in dealing with authorities
- Assists clients with audits and inspections
- Professional contact person for company staff and clients
- Provides training to company clients if required
Professional responsibility:
- Planning and conducting internal training
- Conducts training at professional events, if required
- Supports develops and prepares processes and documents in the area of Regulatory Affairs (RA) / international marketing authorisation, quality management, quality assurance, biocompatibility, cleaning, sterilisation, reprocessing, microbiology, toxicology and similar areas
- Supports in the preparation of submission documentation and audits and inspections
- Supports develops and creates processes and documents in the area of quality management
- Supports develops and establishes processes and documents in the areas of sterility assurance, packaging, cleaning, reprocessing, biocompatibility, toxicology and similar areas
- Continues to train in the specialist areas assigned to him and actively makes suggestions for personal and professional development
- Works actively to make a name for himself as a specialist in his field
- Maintaining personal networks and social media
- Represents the company, if necessary, in working groups, committees and associations
Supports the companies internal processes (management or supervisors):
- Active communication with superiors and management
- Derivation of own goals from company goals
- Supports the management in the search for new orders and actively participates in the acquisition of follow-up orders
- Active collection and forwarding of information on potential clients, specific client problems and potential candidates
- Introduces entrepreneurial thinking and improvements to ensure the growth of the company
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Support the optimisation of internal procedures and processes
- Supports the recruiting process
- Supports and encourages personnel development
- Supports company Marketing in document creation and maintenance
- Supports company Marketing in marketing campaigns and projects
- Works actively to increase company staff, level of awareness
- Supports the HR department in creating job postings and job descriptions
- Supports the management in the area of finance
