An exciting CDMO is currently seeking to hire a QA/CSV Manager to join their growing team in Munich.
Key responsibilities of the QA/CSV Manager include:
Supporting the continuous development of the company as a process expert for various business processes in the process landscape
Definition and promotion of the quality standards for assigned projects
Quality-related processes such as incident and deviation processes
Review and approval of plans, reports and records in the areas of quality and project management
Reporting and analysis of data, continuous maintenance of databases and tracking trends
Cross-site communication
Regulatory advice to colleagues on quality issues
Key requirements of the QA/CSV Manager include:
Successfully completed a college or university degree in biochemistry, biotechnology or natural science
Experience in data collection and analysis
Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality management (GMP, ICH, KVP, ISO)
Strong experience in the validation of CSV systems
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
Excellent communication skills
Strong team spirit and assertiveness
Careful and independent way of working
