A mid sized exciting Medical Devices company is seeking a Country Sales Manager to be based anywhere in Germany. This Country Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the whole German Sales team and ensuring their success.

Responsibilities:
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve targets
- Coaching, on-boarding and development of the sales team
- Developing and implementing effective Sales strategies
- Monitor and analyse performance to suggest improvements
- Ensuring that sales objectives across Germany are met
- Travelling with the team
Requirements:
- Capital equipment Medical Device sales experience
- Sales leadership experience
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Based in Germany and willing to travel
- Highly driven and motivated approach to work
- Fluent in German and English
