Could you be the next Country Manager for a leading Medical Device company based in Cologne? As the Country Manager, you will be tasked with leading an experienced sales team throughout the launch of a new and exciting product in the cardiovascular sector. You will work closely with Sales Directors and Key Account Managers to build and maintain new and existing client relationships as well as drive product implementation to reach set targets.

- Employing, training and leading new team of experienced sales representatives.
- Analysing and identifying competitive market trends.
- Communication of product use and regulatory requirements to sales team and clients.
- 5+ year client facing sales experience
- Proven ability to hit sales targets
- Evidence of significant experience in leading a sales team.
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the European Union.
- Fluency in German and English
