Your tasks are:
- Ensuring and coordinating timely patient training and retraining with the specified medical device.
- Acquisition, training and certification of external patient trainers
- Training and training of nursing staff in hospitals on the specified medical device
- Establishing and maintaining contact with nurses in hospitals in relation to the specified medical device
- Execution of patient admissions
- Support, training and certification of your area manager colleagues
- Representation in neighbouring field offices in case of absence
- Good knowledge of French (especially fluent orally) and ideally also Italian knowledge of advantage
You bring the following qualifications with you:
- Medical or medical training or study, gladly also in the field of care. Experienced field staff in this area are also possible.
- Ideally cardiological knowledge
- Practical experience in the field of medical technology (not mandatory)
- Strong customer orientation, very good communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good knowledge of English in word and writing
- Self-employed and structured way of working
- Driving licence Class B
