Primary responsibility is ensuring national payer and channel customers provide appropriate patient access to company's branded products, including the implementation of strategies to secure appropriate reimbursement.
This role is instrumental in the development, integration and implementation of list and net price strategies across payer channels, the creation of payer value propostion, life cycle maangement and ensuring alignment with various stakeholders.
-Assists and leads negotiations with assigned commercial, government payer, and channel customer accounts
-Coordinates the execution of brand access strategies with the teams responsible for regional affiliates or custom clients of national health plans and PBMS.
-Maintains relationships with senior managed care medical and pharmaceutical executives based on expert understanding of customer's organizational structure and strategic priorities.
-BA/BS degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred
-6-8+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience with 5+ years of market access, pricing and contracting, sales experience preferred.
-Proven track record of market access core competencies. Deep understanding of Commercial, Medicare Part B/Part D and Medicaid preferred.
