Associate Director, Advanced Analytics

A reputable, mid-size Oncology-focused pharmaceutical company is seeking someone to drive critical analyses leveraging secondary data across product launch performance, digital effectiveness, resource allocation, omnichannel reporting and analytics in their Commercial organization. This will be a highly visible role partnering with key internal stakeholders as an essential strategic thought partner.
Responsibilities
- Lead secondary data analytics and reporting for business performance, competitive analysis, digital promotion, resource allocation, segmentation, and targeting.
- Lead omnichannel reporting and analytics
- Utilize advanced analytics like predictive analytics and machine learning to generate insights
- Apply analytical techniques to pharma data sources to meet business needs
- Translate complex data and analytics into business insights and communicate with stakeholders
- Segment markets and identify target customer groups for marketing campaigns
- Work with IT to develop BI solutions
- Work with IT, Data Operations, and Market Access to address trends and data
Requirements
- Bachelors degree REQUIRED | Masters degree is a plus
- 8 years relevant professional experience minimum
- Key knowledge of pharma data sources (SP, SD, claims, Xponent) + hands on experience analyzing large pharma data sets
- Omnichannel analytics experience REQUIRED
- Advanced analytics experience: marketing mix, influencer analysis, etc.
- Stakeholder mgmt. experience
- Vendor mgmt. experience
- Experience creating dashboards
- Strong presentation and communications skills
- Business ownership mindset: solution oriented
- Excel, PPT, and SQL proficiency
