Account Director-Operations
A full-service med comms agency specialising in promotional medical education programs is seeking an Account Director who will be responsible for the assigned program time line and budget and communicating program status to internal and external stakeholders.
The Account Director will be responsible for:
- Have a full understanding of scope and deliverables for stakeholders at kick-off meetings
- Own the program budget, allocating hours and resources as needed, identifying out of scope situations, and initiating scope changes
- Developing program time line, monitoring key milestones, and mitigating risk and situations that may lead to time line erosion
- Participation in onboarding and training of new team members
The Account Director should have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience within a medical communications or medical advertising agency
- Proficiency in project management systems, with experience in Wrike a plus
- Functioning effectively under pressure to manage deadlines, meet client demands, and stay within project scope
- An independent work ethic and the ability to work under minimal supervision while handling multiple projects simultaneously
